As Digital Partnership Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver a clear path to build AIG Accident & Health insurance with various strategic partners within China digital ecosystem. You key responsibilities will including identify, develop, and lead the engagements with our strategic partners – engaging line of business and tech. leaders, qualifying opportunities, understand the needs, leading the innovation to utilize AIG A&H insurance product for partners biz growth with a win-win relationship, and work closely with China digital product manager to drive the biz launch successfully. In addition, to build a healthy AIG Accident & Health own digital ecosystem by cross and working multiple strategic partners as a long term goal.

  

l Lead all business development efforts for the Accident & Health Individual business expiation in China digital ecosystem

  

l Develop and execute a strategic map for potential partnerships, leveraging AIG’s relationships across General Insurance

  

l Generate opportunities to acquire new sponsor and partner business and drive premium growth

  

？ Identify and execute new sales opportunities with prospective partners across various digital market segment

  

？ Lead the biz negotiation efforts with partners

  

？ Develop potential product pipeline and customer segmentation on each customer’s database

  

l Actively manage sales pipeline reporting, focused on delivering new business premium targets yearly

  

l Develop market assessment in relation to product availability, coverage and limits in order to position AIG as a leader in target market segment and drive prioritization internally on fillings and product development

  

l Work with digital product side in conjunction with UW from product concept through approval and launch, including internal formal processes like Product Development Committee

  

l Develop and implement retention strategies across sponsors and partners, leveraging best practices across industries and segments. Foster long term strategic relationships

  

What we are looking for:

  

l Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and partner engagement

  

l Familiar with China internet ecosystem, multiple China tier 1&2 internet company experience

  

l Strong analytical, problem solving, technical, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills

  

l Strong persuasion and negotiation skills when working with internal/external customers to resolve issues/problems; Ability to identify and develop strong partnerships

  

l Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to coordinate efforts of a variety of internal functional disciplines to accomplish goals

  

l Insurance industry experience; Specific A&H experience preferred, not must

  

l Bachelor’s Degree or above
