Main responsibilities主要职责:

1. Develop a strategy for sustainable and profitable sales and distribution in China of Care Chemical products, both commodities and specialty
2. Gain support from, negotiate and secure sufficient supplies of Care Chemicals, including EO derivatives such as EA and FAE
3. Direct sales, manage stock, reduce risk exposure and achieve objectives per budget
4. Extend distribution to new end-users, sales regions and applications

Key Requirement: 主要任职资格

Education

-       Bachelor's degree in a chemical-related major

Experience

-       Minimum 5 years of practical work experience in Care Chemicals, including EO derivatives

-       Very solid personal network with main producers of above mentioned products

-       Minimum 5 years of practical work experience in Rmb distribution to end-users in China of above mentioned products

-       Minimum 5 years of practical work experience in planning sales and managing risks

Profile

-       Strong negotiation skills and ability to achieve results

-       Strong self-motivation and ownership

-       Strategic thinking, planning and organization skills

-       Business acumen

-       Problem prevention attitude, particularly regarding regulations and commercial risks

Language

-       Chinese Native

-       Excellent English skills, spoken and written, CET-6 or above
