Control order flow in cooperation with Logistics Planning, Sales and Afterales

Maintain production schedule of SAP and MES according to official schedules

Control restrictions depending on requirements of production areas

Transmit orders to MES


Sequencing

Create the initial order sequence based on the available order package

Spacing

Batch painting

Option leveling to improve assembly productivity

Publish reports to planning organization

Coordinates the replacement orders for miss-builds and scrap units

Set ins and set outs


Miscellaneous

Assist in option penetration forecasting

Maintains and monitors the corporate "VIN" procedure

Responsible for tracking of metrics for the department

Participate in Scheduling Meetings

Interfaces with marketing division for:

Expedite requests

Order changes

Diversions

Unique customer satisfaction issues

Maintain the order sequence in case of special requirements

Planning of start up's / run out's in cooperation with all other involved areas.

Spare body handling


Special service

Daily reporting of actual production output, deviations etc.

Coordination of special orders; decision of starting the production according to the availability of special material

Planning, coordination and follow up of after sales parts production

Internal Controls compliance for their functions
