The Associate Account Director is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and for the output of excellent brand communications and creative strategies.

The Associate Account Director must use his/her experience of the discipline to drive constant improvement. The job scope covers: client service, development of customer insights, development of brand communication strategies, supervision of campaign executions, management of overall account financials.

· Have specific platform experience, notably WeChat, Weibo, Bilibili, Douban, LinkedIn.

· Be responsible for the successful delivery of social media projects for major brands from the creative stage all through to implementation and measurement.

· Help recommend advertising as part of a paid, owned, earned strategy.

· Support the account lead, by working alongside our internal team (social analysts, creative & content strategists and senior account leadership), manage relationship with external agencies (creative, media buying, content production, event planning etc.) and with the multiple stakeholders client-side.

· Have strong understanding of what social tools can deliver. (social media monitoring tools, advertising tools, measurement tools etc.) Generate project pricing and critical path.
