Responsibilities
Position Summary
Timely follow up CIP, assets transfer, disposal and ensure appropriate accounting treatment in compliance with PRC GAAP, IFRS, local regulations and corporate policy. Provide timely fixed assets analysis reports to the management team. Annually fixed assets physical count and temporarily check ensure the company's fixed assets are protected and safety.

Key Areas of Responsibility
-Process the daily fixed assets sub-ledger activities, including fixed assets payment check, fixed assets additions, revaluation, transfer, disposals and depreciation.
-Perform the monthly fixed assets closing timely and provide the internal/external fixed assets report.
-Monthly FA, IA, CIP, depreciation and amortization reconciliation, analyze trends and ensure proper follow-up.
-Track the CIP costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed.
-In charge of the annually fixed assets physical count and temporarily check ensure the company's fixed assets are protected and safety.
-Optimize FA, IA management work flow and compile relevant management regulations.
-Strictly follow the internal control policies and procedures.
-Support the internal/ external audit
Qualifications
Skill/ Education & Experience
- Bachelor /College degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 3+ years experience in a manufacturing with strong exposure to accounting
- Knowledge of ERP systems and office software, SAP is preferred
- Good inter-personal and communications skills
