Triumph Asia – Assistant Project Manager
Triumph Asia Co., Limited is seeking an assistant project manager who has a passion for events, marketing & communication. This is the ideal opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience with an international event company, build a strong resume, and engage with local businesses and community members. Be prepared to become an active, contributing member of our staff!
TA is a professional Fairs & Event Company with 30 years experience in event organization, PR, marketing, arts management and congressional and trade shows settings. With offices in Rome, Brussels, London and Shanghai we are able to offer comprehensive and cost effective services to local and international companies. Through our skillful approach and creative ideas we always guarantee the achievement of our clients goals providing professional solutions and delivering excellent results.
Responsibilities
- Manage contact database and assist with preparation of reports.
- Assist with planning events.
- Communicate with friends of TA (members), clients, sponsors, and other supporters.
- Promote TA and events through social media, print distribution, and mailings.
The focus of the experience can be adapted to meet the individual interests and skills of the selected applicant, and a special semester-long project can be tailored to further provide experience and portfolio work.
Knowledge and skills that will be acquired during the job experience
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under high pressure
- Ability to work in a multicultural team
- Ability to manage customer relations, clients and suppliers (under SPM supervision)
- Basic Knowledge of Copywriting, proposal drafting, polishing (press releases), presentations
- Basic command of English (speaking and writing).

Applicants should be self-motivated, fast learners, able to effectively manage multiple tasks, and willing to work as part of a team. The events environment is an exciting one of constantly shifting priorities, needs, and projects, so the ideal candidates will be adaptable, creative thinkers, and possess a strong dedication to the mission of the company. Triumph Asia has worked with assistants from a variety of disciplines, each bringing a unique set of skills and talents to the company. Working hours are from Monday to Friday from 09:30am to 06:00 pm.
