Since 2002, Median Technologies has been expanding the boundaries of the identification, interpretation, analysis and reporting of imaging data in the medical world. Our core activity is to develop advanced imaging software solutions and platforms for clinical drug development in oncology, diagnostic support, and cancer patient care. Our software solutions improve the management of cancer patients by helping to better identify pathologies, develop and select patient-specific therapies (precision medicine).

Today, we are a team of 90+ people. Most of us are based at our HQ, in Sophia Antipolis (French Riviera) and we have a subsidiary in the US and another one in China. Our company is growing in a fulfilling international and multicultural environment.
In the context of our development, we are looking for a: Senior Project Manager, M/F.
Part of a specialized group, your job will be to manage projects dedicated to imaging for drug development in clinical trials. You will accomplish this by working in close contact with internal and external stakeholders as well as pharmaceutical, biotech and channel partner customers, working as part of a matrix and multidisciplinary team, and use project management-based tools and processes. Your responsibilities will include ensuring projects are set-up and driven in accordance with best practices, legal and regulatory constraints and sponsor requirements; further, you will also be directly involved with site management activities for sites located in Asia.

Responsibilities
1. Contributes to the operational strategy for projects in in Asia, specifically China
2. Participates in bid defense preparations.
3. Develops study management plans with the core project team and in conjunction where applicable with the customer
4. Accountable for the execution of clinical studies per Contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost of delivery and ensuring consistent use of study tools and training materials and compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures.
5. Set objectives of the core project team and/or sub-team(s) according to agree upon contract, strategy and approach, effectively communicates and assesses performance.
6. Collaborates with other functional groups within the company where necessary to support milestone achievement and to manage study issues and obstacles.
7. Monitors progress against Contract and prepare/present project information proactively to all stakeholders internally and externally.
8. Manages strategic risk (positive and negative) and contingencies proactively and leads problem solving and resolution efforts.
9. Achieves project quality by identifying quality risks and issues, responding to issues raised by project team members and planning/implementing appropriate corrective and preventative action plans.
10. Serves as primary project/program contact with Customer and own relationship with the key customer contact(s); communicate/collaborates with Median’s sales representatives as necessary.
11. Responsible for ensuring the financial success of project.
12. Coach the team (PC and PM) and reach the team target
Searched profile
Education :
1. Scientific education (Bachelor of Science required, Master of Science preferred), a project management education and certification (CAPM, PMP) would be much appreciated.
Experience / Knowledge
1. 5 years’ experience as a project manager is a minimum, preferably in the life sciences industry and optimally for clinical trials.
2. Imaging project experience (3+ years)
3. A good academic and practical knowledge of project management is required.
4. Knowledge and skills in several of the following areas are required: clinical trial and project management experience, CRO experience, study coordinator
5. Mastering MS Office with related technical skills is a requirement
6. Excellent oral and written English communication skills are mandatory and a good command of another language would be a plus
7. Willing to possibly travel.
