As a Junior Contact Center Specialist, your essential job functions will include the following:

Customer Support and Marketing

· Respond to inbound calls from both current and potential customers, providing superior customer service, technical related advice and translating inquiries into opportunities

· Provide support to Account Managers and Area Sales Representatives as needed

Service

· Evaluate the customer’s needs and exercise discretion to determine appropriate actions

· Ensure order entry are in a timely and accurate manner.

· Ensure the accurate processing of orders on a daily basis

· Interact with other departments, such as Warehouse network, Program Management and Accounts Receivable to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and orders

· Resolve customer concerns and questions as it relates to delivery issues, program element assistance and promotional and marketing questions

General

· Communicate effectively with Line Manager and other team members regarding business issues

· Adhere to Dealer Tire goals and objectives by demonstrating core values

· Display a professional manner when dealing with internal and external customers

· Complete all administrative documentation required

· Attend all training sessions, as required

· Meet/exceed objectives as it pertains to dealer calls, presentations and training sessions

Other Duties as Assigned

Position Requirements

· Must possess and demonstrate flexibility with changing work responsibilities, customer needs and market conditions

· Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of sales/service experience or equivalent work experience, (three or more years) within tire wholesaling/retailing and/or inside sales

• Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in Chinese
• Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English preferred

· Successful completion of Dealer Tire’s “Tires 101” training program

· Possess knowledge of Alliance partner car models, tire sizes, tire model numbers and tire compatibility across all retail/wholesale brands
