岗位职责：
1.负责产品（超级电容器、锂离子电容器）制程各工序工艺、参数、规格的制定，工艺文件的编制；

2.同研发、品质、生产等部门对接，参与进行设计研发过程中的相关试验验证，新产品试产导入；
3.员工操作技术培训，操作过程监督；

4.负责对产品生产加工过程中新工艺、新技术的应用和导入
5.生产制程中工艺异常处理，制定工艺异常改善方案；
6.协助生产现场完成设备及工装的工艺调试、验收工作；

7.有产品成本意识，负责产品工艺设计或改进过程中的成本管控。
岗位要求：
1.有电容、超级电容行业涂布、卷绕、含浸等工艺工程/项目工程、品质工程等相关工作经验优先；
2.有锂电单体生产相关工艺经验优先；
3.有电化学、材料学、化学工程/工艺等相关专业可培养。
工作地点：浙江省嘉兴市平湖市兴平二路500号。
