Direct Line Manager              HR Manager

Major Responsibilities

 

• Handles the full spectrum of human resources functions including compensation & benefits management, employee relationship management and assist the Head of HR in recruitment and appointment of administrative staff.
• To handle payroll and process working permit, visa applications and teacher registrations.
• To upkeep database on all individual staff benefits and salary.
• Handle contract and leave administration.
• Handle all staff enquiries including the development or sourcing of appropriate solutions.                            
• Handle ad hoc projects.                                                                             

Requirements:

    

• Bachelor degree or above, Major in Human Resources will be preferred;
• Good English both in oral and writing;
• Good computer skills and familiar with MS Office;
• Strong organization and communication skill;
• 3 - 5 years of HR working experience.
