Main Responsibility:

1. Be responsible for new project development, to push the project according to APQP procedure with the project teams, to ensure the time nodes satisfied customer.

2. Establish APQP document to ensure the customer audit

3. Be responsible for the design of tooling and gauges, and make sure the project goes well controlled

4. Be cooperate with production, quality and other team members in product improvement, to work out the NG ratio, cost saving, quality guarantee, which ensures company profitable and reduce customer complians

5. Well manage in engineering samples, make well record

6. Be supportive to customers, suppliers, departments and PMG plants in techniques and projects

Special knowledge & skill:

1) Knowledge of PM theory;

2) Be familiar with APQP procedure

3) Good command of PM tooling design;

4) Well knowledged with heat treatment, machining theory

5) Good at using UG and Auto CAD

6) Experience in project management

7) Good communication skill

8) Capable of problem solving, logical thinking

9) good at planning and executive capability
