Key Responsibility/ 岗位职责

- Business development through client expansion, new business penetration to support company to achieve the business goal/ 通过客户开发、新业务渗透拓展业务，以达成业务目标

- Negotiate with clients for the business terms and conditions independently/ 独立与客户协商业务合同条款

- Understand client’s recruitment needs/ 了解客户的招聘需求

- Recommend suitable candidates through searching, interview, evaluation and reference check/ 通过搜寻、面试、评估和背景调查，推荐合适候选人

- Maintain good relationship with client/ 与客户保持良好关系

- Motivate and manage candidates with professional counseling/ 通过专业咨询激励和管理候选人

 

Requirement/ 岗位要求

- Bachelor Degree or above/ 本科学历及以上

- 5+ years working experience, with 2+ years recruitment or sales experience in Healthcare Industry/ 5年以上工作经验，2年以上零售行业招聘或销售经验/

- Professional, service-oriented and result-driven/ 专业、有良好的客户服务意识、以结果为导向

- Quick learner and self-motivated/ 能够快速学习和自我激励

- Willing to work under pressure/ 愿意在压力下工作
