职责：

1、市场开发：在销售总监的指导下，进行客户开发和维护

2、协助销售经理完成销售目标 ，及配合销售经理各项工作

3、运用农学科学技术知识和技能，支持所负责区域的市场和销售组织

4. 在农民和经销商会议上介绍公司的产品

5、分享农艺部门的实践

职位要求：

1、专科以上学历，农学、植保、营销等相关专业

2、2年以上相关销售经验

3、良好的沟通能力，学习能力及分析判断能力
