Responsible for the HR outsourcing business work and inhouse HR & ADM, the mainly work include:

1. HR outsourcing business work:

1) Service contract management (Draft new contract / renewal / termination).

2) Provide PEO service to our clients, includes the monthly debit note/ payroll/ IIT declaration/ social insurance/ housing fund / employees’ expenses and benefits.

3) Provide recruitment service to our clients.

4) IIT Planning/ Solution.

5) Work permit and residence permit application for Foreigner, SH Hukou application.

6) Other related HR services.

2. Inhouse HR & ADM work:

1) Employment contract management (Draft new contract / renewal / termination).

2) New employee on boarding training.

3) Monthly payroll and salary payment, include the benefits.

4) Monthly social insurance and housing fund.

5) Monthly IIT declaration.

6) Inhouse recruitment.

7) Annual KPI and incentive bonus calculation and payment.

8) ADM and office management.

Requirements:

1. Around 5 years' related working experience, strong in recruitment and payroll;

2. Bachelor's degree or above;

3. Good English and excel skill;

4. Strong initiative in capture new knowledge and strong interpersonal communication skill;

5. Positive working attitude and good at work under pressure;
