1. Daily operation for Sea/Air export shipments, booking, tracking and customs clearance.

海运/空运出口货物的日常操作、预订、跟踪和清关。

2. Prepare customer clearance documents, booklets, commodity inspections, etc.

准备客户清关文件、手册、商检查验等。

3. Keep contact with agents, coloaders, shippers and consignees, and follow up the instructions of Key Account Manager.

与代理、同行、发货人和收货人保持联系，并遵循大客户经理的指示。

4. Answer inquiries & settle problem with agents, coloaders, shippers, customers timely.

及时回答客户的咨询，与代理、同行、发货人及客户协同解决问题。

5. Communication and cooperation between operation departments and overseas agents.

负责操作部门与海外代理商的沟通与合作。

6. Work closely with the pricing departments to provide competitive pricing solutions at the very first time.

与价格部门紧密合作，在***时间提供有竞争力的价格解决方案。

7. Manage the data input & amendment into system.

管理系统的数据输入和修改。

8. Work with related party to give solution for early/late shipment.

与相关方合作，为提前/延迟发货提供解决方案。

9. Ensure proper and timely follow up in case of irregularities, including customer complaints, and propose effective solutions.

确保在出现异常情况时及时采取适当的跟进措施，包括客户投诉，并提出有效的解决方案。

10. Timely understanding of customer needs, providing relevant suggestions and solutions, and striving for potential business.

及时了解客户需求，提出相关建议和解决方案，努力开拓潜在业务。

11. Manage KPI reports and prepare overall operation situation snalysis on regular basis for agents review meeting.

管理关键绩效指标报告，定期为代理商评审会议准备整体运营情况分析。

12. Any other task assigned by department manager.

执行部门经理分配的其他任务。

Work experience requirements:

工作经验要求：

1. Min. 3-4 years experience in either air or sea import and export operation position of global forwarding company.

3-4年以上国际货运公司海运或空运工作经验。

2. Master the knowledge of international shipping and logistics and other related industries, and have independent operation ability.

掌握国际航运、物流等相关行业知识，具有独立操作能力。

3. Proficient MS skill: outlook, excel, word.

熟练的office软件操作技能：outlook，excel，word。

4. Customer oriented, and good at communication skills.

以客户为导向，善于沟通。

5. Problem solver and result orientated.

问题解决和结果导向。

6. Be able to work under pressure.

能够承担一定的压力并履行工作职责。
