Position Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Human Resources Global Supply Chain & Procurement, the HR Sr. Generalist acts as an HR Business Partner to Managers and Colleagues within the China market. Responsibilities would include the full range of generalist support and activities including, but not limited to, HR Admin support, recruitment and selection, performance management, training and development, rewards and recognition, employee relations, change management, communications and policies, and contribution to international projects.

    

• Advise and guide local leadership team and people managers on people-related issues
• Support local leadership team in transforming business / function strategies into people plans
• Lead Talent development locally through succession planning, training needs evaluation, support to training delivery (internal and/or external)
• Facilitate performance management
• Ensure completion of all HR Admin activities through managing third-party payroll providers
• Own and lead employee relations, including employees’ grievances
• Work alongside our RPO provider or recruitment agencies to manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Support internal experts in Total Rewards to deliver fit for purpose solutions
• Champion change management & employee engagement
• Develop and improve HR policies based on markets’ regulation/legislation
• Consult on elements of HR strategy and planning
• Contribute to projects in specific market and/or related to HR transformation projects
• Stand-alone role supporting HR operations in China and Hong Kong
• A member of local leadership team

Required Skills and Experience

    

• Bachelor’s degree with majors in Management, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or similar
• HR Business Partnership experience:
• 4 – 5 years of total HR experience
• Minimum 2 years of HR Business Partnering experience
• HRBP experience may be under the leadership of a senior HRBP
• Sound working knowledge of labor laws & Industrial Relations frameworks in specific market and some understanding of the international regulations related to labor law
• Working comfortably across all levels and functions of an organization, including a matrix/functionally designed organization
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and to be proactive in the identification of HR initiatives to develop the organization
• Ability to communicate with remote leadership across various time zones
• Exposure to HRIS (ideally Success Factors)
• Relevant exposure to different cultures through previous experience in working with colleagues from other countries or being involved in cross-country projects is a plus

崇光电器制品厂(SONCO.PRODUCTS.CO.)是香港崇佳企业有限公司(SONCA.PRODUCTS.LTD.)与沙井博岗经济发展公司合作的“三来一补”企业。而崇佳企业为美国公司劲量(ENERGIZER)集团全资拥有的附属公司。自二十世纪六十年代中期起，崇佳一直是全球***的独立手电筒制造商之一，产品畅销世界120多个国家。

崇光电器制品厂位于人杰地灵的深圳市宝安区沙井镇博岗村，东临107国道，南临深圳宝安国际机场及福永港，西临海上田园，与香港、深圳及广州交通极为便利。工厂于1990年4月30日正式开业，全厂占地面积5.1万余平方米，总建筑面积约4.2万余平方米，拥有四幢厂房和十幢员工宿舍，员工三千多人。厂内现有主要生产设备：注塑机140多台、五金啤机210多台、装配流水线20多条。工厂现设有客户服务及船务、产品设计、试产、工模、塑胶、五金、装配、养修、货仓、采购、物控、工程、电脑、人事行政、品质控制、品质保证、会计等部门。

工厂主要生产铝、铜、铁、塑胶等各类手电筒、手提灯、充电器、小风扇、警报器等产品，年生产能力达5000万只。其生产的Energizer(劲量)、Eveready(永备)、Sonca(崇佳)名牌产品畅销全球，并屡获殊荣。其中崇光厂所生产的双管型(DoubleBarrel)手电筒系列及双功能型(DoubleDuty)储电手电筒/手提灯系列凭其新颖的外型设计及先进的产品工程技术。
为把工厂提升为世界级生产商，公司致力于国内员工的培训，改善生产及管理模式，崇光厂又从94年开始推行全面优质管理(TQM)、世界级维修(WCM)等先进的管理方法，现已卓有成效。2002年，崇光厂又顺利通过了ISO9001质量体系2000版的评审。
