Position Summary:
我们需要一位对生物制药工艺和质量控制有深刻理解的人士担任业务发展经理或高级业务发展经理。我们的业务发展经理包含了几个关键角色:产品线的开发和应用方案的专家,重点客户端产品和应用的推广,市场分析和活动,产品定价,整体上作为产品线的负责人负责业务额以及利润。符合期待的您,***对生物制药的工艺有较多理解,欢迎有制药行业质量控制经验以及商务经验的人士担纲此任。可能涉及领域:抗体与细胞培养系统,微生物蛋白生产,病毒疫苗的开发与生产;实验室样品制备与分析的仪器耗材;生物药生产有关的工艺设备与耗材如SUT/Hybrid系统,生物反应器,过滤与纯化设备,交叉污染的防控,过程分析与监控,以及设备与仪器的验证工作。

For Bioprocessing business, we need a professional Business Development Manager with below key roles:
· Product and Application Expert, to develop product portfolio
· Promotion activity in key accounts, to build up successful stories
· Market analysis and design/participate marcom activity
· Product pricing management
· Overall as business owner to drive business growth and profit
If you had the experience in bioscience research lab, in pharmaceutical QC roles, in pharma production with process knowledge, then you will be very successful in this position. We have our own private label products and cooperate with many branded suppliers in the market to meet customer’s diversified needs. We expect the candidate also have marketing plan and execution experience, once participated detail Marcom planning work and branding work in the market. 10-year work experience with people manager skills, and capable to deal with complicated situation with problem solving capability. Strong willingness to grow together with company, good business sense and communication skills. The title can be Senior Business Development Manager or Product Marketing Manager, upon qualification of candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. 评估公司现有产品线的情况,针对行业应用方案的需求,提出Bioprocessing产品线建设规划。Evaluate existing product portfolio, develop application/solutions in focus industries, bring up portfolio development plan and execute accordingly.
2. 新产品导入市场的工作,例如产品的资料,市场推广方案,价格的制定,和销售共同推动重点客户的产品推介工作。New product introduction work, include product information and literatures, promotion plan, pricing approach, and work together with sales team to penetrate into key accounts.
3. 评估自有品牌产品的开发,和内部其他同事以及工厂沟通产品开发的需求和进展以及落实推广工作。Evaluation to existing private labels, align with internal resource and factory resource to develop products and launch promotion work.
4. 对仪器设备的验证工作提出指导性意见并实施。从支持的法规,到验证需求,验证方法的开发,到验证工作的实施。Can help to guide validation work and execute. From regulations and compliance requirements, to customer needs, to method development and execution, he/she should play the role as expert.
5. 开发和谈判以及签署代理权,获得关键供应商的支持,建立战略合作关系。推动业务开拓并定期和内部团队以及外部供应商开展业务回顾,跟进行动项。Approach suppliers with leading products, negotiate for franchise, and set up strategic cooperation with them. Drive demand creation and organize business review with both internal and external teams.
6. 和市场主流品牌以及行业内有影响的分销商建立合作关系,满足应用方案以及客户的多样化的产品需求。Work with branded suppliers and distributors, to meet solution needs and diversified product demand by customers.
7. 培训与分享,需要在公司内外推动多场培训和技术交流工作,让内部销售和代理商以及我们的客户了解我们的产品线,接受我们的产品和方案。Training and Sharing, need to hold product seminars both internal and external, enable our sales team and channel partners to sell, and let customers to accept our products and applications.
8. 参与设计和推动重点客户端的耗材及仪器服务方案,如驻场服务以便让客户能得到快速及时的专业服务。Participate and drive ‘consumables service solution’ in key accounts, like on-site service to provide Fast and Professional service include POU management.
9. 参与市场计划的制定,市场活动的策划,协助市场工作以便支持公司业务战略。Contribute to Marcom plan, participate marketing activities to support company’s strategy.
10. 协助部门主管做好其它安排的工作,帮助团队的成功。Help and Assist to other tasks assigned by manager, contribute to team success.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
1. 至少10年的工作经验,能独立高效地处理科研及生产类的仪器设备及耗材类产品的工作。More than 10-year work experience for Equipment & Consumables in R&D and Production Phase.
2. 对法规有基础性的了解,如GMP/GLP/GEP;以及大概的理解这些机构的指导性原则,如FDA, CFDA/NMPA, ICH, WHO 等。Basic understanding to GxP requirements like GMP/GLP/GEP, and general understanding to regulations from FDA, CFDA/NMPA, ICH, WHO, etc.
3. 曾有过制药行业的质量控制、或研发类、或生物制药工艺类工作背景,再加上几年仪器和耗材的产品管理经验,将是***人选。Work experience, prefer with Quality Control/Quality Assurance or Drug research work or Bio-Pharma Process Engineer background, plus few years as instrument and consumables product manager.
4. 能有较好的英语使用能力,如应对电子邮件,商务谈判和业务回顾等。Good English skills to deal with emails and business communication, especially for business reviews.
5. 大学或研究生学历,主修理工科类专业,如有生物、制药工程类学习背景尤佳。Major in Pharmacy Engineering, Bioscience as a plus.

1. Be able to manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and follow-up in a timely manner through excellent organizational, planning, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
2. Must possess excellent communication skills to explain technical documents, express idea and get results in a concise and clear manner.
3. Must be responsive to customers, proactive and anticipate customer needs.
4. Must be able to work well independently with limited daily directions.
5. Must be able to grasp new concepts, new opportunities, and respond to customer needs.
6. Must possess a strong work ethic, be trustworthy and maintain a high degree of integrity.
7. Must possess the interpersonal skills and sensitivity to deal effectively with individuals from different cultures.
Working Conditions:
· Visit customer and meet their R&D or Production engineers to recommend or explain our technology and products.
· Sits at computer for extended periods of time to interact with computer system.
· Frequent writing and reading in both English and Chinese
· Few travels upon business needs.
