1.执行生产设备的安装和维护
2.根据日常维护清单对设备进行维护检修，定期完成设备预防性维修保养任务。
3.完成并保存各类设备点检记录及备品备件账目。
4.改进机器稳定性，降低停机时间。
5.负责电气、空压、液压及排除各类设备故障。
6.协助工程、质量完成设备工艺的改进，验收新设备等工作。
7.熟悉电气控制的规范，保证在安全有效并符合法律法规下操作。
8.熟悉激光切割水切割、数控冲、滚压和焊接等设备
9.熟悉PLC、HMI(集成接触屏)和变频器等

要求
1.大专以上学历，电气或机电一体化专业，4年以上电气控制维修工作经验。
2.熟悉设备的工作原理和维护方法，良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力。
3.熟悉电气图纸、液压及气动知识，熟悉TPM执行，具有钣金设备维护经验尤佳。
4.有电工证，会PLC和HMI程序。
5.有5S,FMEA,ISO和NEC的培训经历。
6.机动、灵活、善于沟通、责任心强及团队协作能力。
