职位描述
This position is responsible for building ABI global brand-Stella Artois's strategy and marketing activation plan, and executing it in China, with the ultimate objective to grow Stella in both Net Revenue and Brand Equity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define Stella brand strategy and develop marketing activation plan in line with brand growth objective.
2. Build and drive marketing calendar as brand owner, with close collaboration with trade marketing, sales, ecommerce, logistics and procurement.
3. Drive alignment with key stakeholders from ABInbev China and global on marketing plan.
4. Establish C&S brands EC strategy development and lead EC key selling moment projects;
5. Data Strategy: focus on 1st-Party Data Acquisition and 2nd-Party Data Deals (Retailers & Media Partners)
Qualifications:
Education :
Bachelor degree or above, marketing/communication major or MBA as a plus.
Experience:
5-7 years and above in marketing (preferably brand marketing), preferably within FMCG industry or lifestyle brand.
Technical competencies:
- Strategic thinking, with clear vision on brand strategy
- Good at analyzing consumer insights and commercial performance, and turning it into brand and business opportunity
- Good understanding of China media/digital/social environment, and being able to build strong connections plan with target audience
- Good at managing internal resource and external resource (agencies, platform, passion points)
- Strong sense of ownership, with passion and dedication to strive for result
- Disciplined execution, clear process management
- Good communication, presentation and inter personal skill
- Fast response, results oriented, self driven
- Team work spirit
