Mission

?        Achieve store sales target and core KPIs

?        Deliver high level store experience to consumers

Key Responsibilities:

Sales

?        Lead sales team to maximize sales and achieve sales target, direct and review the shop operation on daily basis to ensure the delivery of store KPIs with high quality.

?        Provide business information in the marketplace and propose constructive initiatives to the company to overcome the competitors.

?        Set up and maintain stable and loyalty consumer groups.

Management

?        Execution of company strategy and implementation of company policies and processes.

?        Assist District Manager to set up store operations team.

?        Lead store staff to achieve both team and individual KPIs with the support of company resources and management toolkits.

?        Feedback store operation status and reports to retail management team timely.

Training

?        Identify and train potential store staff to drive the career ladder in store. Improve team performance and competitive ability by daily coaching.

?        Set up short term and long term personal development target for subordinates, and review periodically

?        Execute training plan and support training activities organized by the company.

Products

?        Participate in assortment planning for store and provide insight suggestions on products ordering; effectively manage the sell through and inventory KPIs

?        Control the stock loss within required buffer and ensure the data accuracy

Knowledge / Experience Required

• 5 years working experience in a well-known retail brand
• Excellent selling skill in retail industry, and skillful in store VM, assortment planning, training

Educational Background and PC/Language/Other Skills

?     College degree or above

?     Standard mandarin and basic oral English skill

?     Familiarize with brand retail operation system and office software
