Key Responsibilities:

• Management
• Plan/Management/Deliver store operation resource
• Manage store retail operations and ensure delivery of commercial targets/KPI’s
• Manage the implementation of the communication/PR/event plan
• Manage the store brand experience implementation
• Manage direct teams
• Financial
• Deliver annual financial targets and budgets for store
• Deliver specific reporting required
• Business Intelligence
• Report the defined business/marketing information captured at the store level according to plan
• Deliver/support ad hoc requests when requested
• Plan specific store internal workflows and processes
• HR Management
• Set performance and development plans with direct reports; review and evaluate performance
• Manage subordinates and their teams (stores and back-office)
• Recruit and train shop assistants according to plan
• Liaise with local authorities and partners
• Training and Development
• Implement all existing retail trainings
• Pioneer new trainings and tracking tools to ensure perfect customer service

KPI

• Store retail operations KPI’s, financial KPI’s, BE tracking, MSP tracking, retail marketing KPI’s – all these KPI’s to be defined on a yearly base

Experience / Skills Required:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in managing megastore in the world for leading mid high end retailers; Experience in managing high level retail image and delivering consumer in store experience
