Qualifications

任职资格:

  • University degree in hospitality management, Human Resources, or related fields

    酒店管理专业、人力资源或相关专业大学学历。

  • 2-year work experience

    2年相关工作经验

  • Strong sense of responsibility and principle

    责任心强、原则性强

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

    出色的分析和解决问题的能力

  • Proactive to explain and solve the related issue for employees

    积极解释且为员工解决相关问题

    Skills Essential

Main Duties

主要职责

行政

Administration

  • Ensures efficient office administration procedures

确保办公室行政工作的高效进行

  • Ensures that all personnel records are maintained filed and updated in the HR System

确保所有的人事档案在人力资源系统中归档和更新

  • Ensures Human Resources documents are properly routed with strict accuracy and confidentiality

确保人力资源部的文件准确性和保密性

  • Compiles and maintains personnel records by performing the following duties

通过履行下列职责维护人事档案

  • Records accurate employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason in the HR System

  • 在人力资源系统中准确的记录员工信息,如个人资料、薪酬、福利、税务数据、考勤、绩效考核或评估、离职日期和原因等

  • Maintains and updates manual and computerised filing system

维护和更新纸质和电子版档案系统

  • Prepares Name badge and Team Member Card

准备名牌和员工卡

  • Follow up with Locker Maintenance

跟进员工更衣室的维护

  • Prepares monthly personnel promotion poster

准备月度团队成员晋升通告

  • Make sure all warning letters are recorded in the system.

确保所有警告单及时的记录于系统。

Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist on housing fund and social insurance procedure

办理住房公积金及社保

  • Responsible for medical check-up and certificate and ensure all certificates are valid

负责健康证检查证明并确保所有的证明是有效的

  • Prepares certificate for team members as required

根据需要为团队成员准备证书

  • Issues uniform issuance forms

发放制服表格

  • Prepares people movement letters including confirmation, salary adjustment, promotion, transfer, etc.

准备人事变动函,包括试用期、工资调整、晋升、调动等

  • Distribute people movement letters to HODs and ensure updates of JDs if any

向部门经理分发人员变动信函,并确保职位的工作职责更新

  • Prepares and renews contracts for all full time team member /casual workers and follow up with the contract signing

准备和更新所有正式团队成员/临时工的合同,并跟进合同的签署

  • Proceeds the retiring procedure for national team member (where applicable)

为团队成员办理退休手续(如适用)

  • Maintenance of Turnover list

离职表维护

  • Checks all Department’s leave request form

检查所有部门的请假单

  • Management of HR leave application and records

管理人力资源部的休假申请和记录

  • Arranges HR office Duty roster in HR link system and explains errors

HR-LINK系统中为人力资源部办公室排班并解释考勤错误

  • Check employment guarantee fund for the disabled team members

检查残疾人就业保障基金

  • Application of social insurance allowance for disabled team members

为残疾团队成员申请社会保险津贴

  • Checks all split/night shift record to ensure the shift allowances are appropriately disturbed

检查所有两头班/夜班记录,以确保津贴是正确的

  • Checks all night shift taxi expense based on actual attendance records to ensure it is appropriately used

根据实际的出勤记录检查夜班出租车费用,以确保津贴正确使用

  • Prepare pulse check name list/form and PAF to HD and follow up with the implementation

准备试用期进度表名单/表格以及人员变动表给部门经理,并跟进执行情况

  • Checks all monthly attendance records

检查所有月度考勤记录

  • Prepares Resignation Certificate & Labour Handbook to local team members

为团队成员准备离职证书和本地员工劳动手册

  • Assists in checking of public holiday overtime

协助检查法定假期加班情况

  • Handles hiring and separation registration for Locals and non-Shanghai residences

为本地和非上海员工办理招/退工手续

  • Assists in working and resident permit for new expatriate team members

协助外籍员工工作许可和居留许可的工作

  • Handles with Shanghai Hukou settlement for team members who have overseas studying experience

为有海外留学经历的团队成员办理上海户口

  • Handles with employers liability insurance and working injury application

办理雇主责任保险和工伤申请

  • TM P-file filling and documentation accuracy

员工档案文件归档并确保准确率

  • Others tasked assigned by Asst. C&B manager

其他由薪资福利副经理分配的任务

  • Complies with hotel’s Policies & Procedures
