你是:一个有经验的，热情的室内设计师谁可以创建fab设计。生活在上海，有两年以上工作经验者优先。该职位非常适合那些有能力与市场营销团队一起进行市场推广，会见客户，领导项目设计，根据客户需求进行方案设计，细节设计，材料选择的人。

YOU ARE: An experienced, enthusiastic interior designer who can create fab design. Living in Shanghai and prefer at least two years working experience. This role is ideal for someone who has ability of doing marketing approach with Marketing Team, meeting client, leading projects design to develop schematic design, detail design, material selection with client needs.

岗位职责：

1. 协助设计总监与客户就室内设计进行充分沟通;策划并执行创意设计;具备为客户讲解案例的能力

2. 协助设计总监深化设计;根据概念设计和审核，组织项目组成员进行详细设计

3. 协助设计总监配合施工;组织项目组成员进行技术论证、施工答辩、材料确认、设计变更等工作。

4. 根据当地法律要求和客户的规范，准备投标和施工的工作图纸

5. 与承包商和供应商协调设计，解决问题，与项目经理一起控制材料和工艺质量及时间进度

6. 为项目实施提供设计支持

Responsibilities

1. To assist design director in fully communicating with the client for the interior design; To plan and execute creative design; To have the ability of talking about the case for the client

2. To assist design director deepen design; To organize project team members to detailed design according to the conceptual design and review

3. To assist design director in cooperating with construction; To organize project team members to technical clarification, construction answering, material confirming, design changes, etc.

4. Prepare working drawings for tendering and construction in compliance with the local statutory requirements & client’s specification

5. Coordinate with contractor and supplier for design and fit out issues and control material and workmanship quality and time schedule together with Project Manager

6. Design support to PM for project implementation

职位要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，室内设计或相关专业。

2. 至少3年室内设计工作经验，有建筑合作经验。熟练使用设计软件(Photoshop, CAD, Revit等)。

3. 熟悉材料和生产工艺。工作积极主动，有创造性，并能吃苦耐劳。具有较强的合作意识，能适应工作压力。

4. 良好的客户沟通技巧。良好的现场协调和监督能力。

5. 具有丰富的针对不同地域文化和不同项目类型的设计经验。

6. 具有商业/公司室内设计经验者优先。

7. 外国人或有海外工作经验者优先考虑

Requirements

1. College degree or above in the field of interior design or related disciplines.

2. Minimum 3 years work experience in interior design, experience with construction cooperation. Good command of design software(Photoshop、 CAD、Revit and so on).

3. Familiar with materials and production techniques. Work active, creative and hard. Have strong cooperative sense and can adapt to work pressure.

4. Good communication skills with clients. Good coordination and supervision ability on site.

5. Have rich design experience in view of different regional culture and different project type.

6. The person with commercial/corporate interiors design experience will be considered first.

7. Foreigners or people with overseas working experience will be firstly considered
