1. Communicating as liaison between headquarter and mills to ensure correct and timely flow of program information both ways.

2. Staying on top of order production processes especially for new program/new supplier to make sure mills ship on time.

3. Enforcing all requirements by Hollander to the suppliers including sample approval/testing/inspection/shipping documents.

4. Monitoring order quantity and frequency to make sure mills’ capacity could fulfill Hollander’s demand.

5. Coordinating with special/urgent order demand, working with mills to provide solutions to satisfy customers.

6. Working with mills, headquarters purchase department and HSP Shipping coordinator to consolidate PO shipment

Hollander Sleep Products is an international manufacturer of textile products selling to major retailers since 1953, currently operating plants in Georgia, California, Pennsylvania, Texas, Illinois and Toronto, Canada, as well as a joint venture in China. Hollander’s product lines include a broad range of bed pillows, comforters, and mattress foundations, which are filled with synthetic fibers as well as feathers and down. Products are manufactured under our own label, under retailer’s store brands as well as designer brands.
