Manage basic flavor requests for savoury and sweet goods category

To maintain collection database

To develop statistical tools to identify the winning profile based on visit reports, internal tasting, consumer preference, sensory reports, market products.

To ensure minimum stock of collection flavors with compounding labs

To organize tasting session of star flavors and sold flavors with sales, marketing, evaluators and flavourists

To organize tasting session of collection flavors with sales, agents, R&D.

To identify interesting flavours in subsidiaries for localisation in MASH

To participate to proactive pipeline for sweet goods and savoury

To participate to market observatory meeting

To be part of the sensory expert panel

To interact with evaluator in China, Korea, Taiwan to identify missing products in collection or tonality to improve

To compare our collection to competitors product

To attend flavor daily meeting

To report on collection efficiency twice a year based on indicators
