工作职责:

1. 方案设计与项目管理；

任职资格:

1. 国内外建筑专业本科或以上学历;

Bachelor degree or above in architecture, overseas education background is preferred.

2. 7年以上工作经历, 参与过大型商业或酒店项目的方案设计与项目管理;

Required 7 years of work experience, participated in the schematic design and project management of large-scale commercial or hotel projects.

3. 具备协调内外部设计人员和业主方设计部门的相关经验;

Have relevant experience of coordination with internal and external design teams, and with client

s design department.

4. 良好的时间管理，能灵活的适应快速的工作节奏，及参与跨时区的工作会议;

Good at time management, flexible to adapt to fast paced working environment and take part in the meetings across time zones.

5. 优秀的独立作业与团队协作能力，双语沟通以及汇报能力;

Capable to work independently and with teams, bilingual communication and presentation ability are required.

6. 熟练掌握设计软件，如CAD, Sketchup, Adobe 等, 有Revit软件设计经验者优先;

Proficiency in AutoCad, Sketchup and Adobe etc., Revit is a plus.

7. 熟悉国内建筑规范与要求，具备较强的专业技术与设计观念;

Familiar with codes, regulations and technical standards in China, as well as have strong professional skills and design senses.

8. 能够在双语（中英）环境工作，具有境外设计事务所工作经验者优先;

Be able to work in a bilingual (English/Chinese) environment, with experience in foreign design firms is preferred.
