1. 根据公司的战略发展规划，制定公司人力资源的战略发展规划，为公司战略发展提供人才保障。

2. 根据公司发展的阶段，调整和优化公司组织机构及岗位的设计、评估和完善等工作。岗位说明书的编制、岗位评估和岗位人员结构的优化调整。

3. 建立和健全公司招聘体系，根据公司的发展战略和订单负荷，测算公司的人力资源需求，拟定公司年度招聘计划和短期招聘计划；开发适合本公司人力资源发展需要的多渠道招聘模式。

4. 组织员工培训，包括入职培训、上岗培训和公司的常规培训。定期做培训需求调查，制定公司年度培训计划、培训预算，将培训计划分解到月度培训计划，并监督执行。

5. 根据公司的经营管理目标，建设和完善公司的绩效考核体系，规范绩效管理各项流程，组织实施绩效管理，并对各部门的绩效考核进行指导和监督。

6. 根据公司用人和激励机制，设计、执行与完善公司的薪酬体系，达到双赢的目标。

7. 建立通畅的内部沟通渠道，妥善处理员工投诉和劳动争议等事项。
   

任职资格：

1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源专业、理工科背景优先考虑。

2. 6年以上全职HR工作经验，有生产型企业工作经验更佳。

3. 熟练掌握最新的国家相关人力资源以及劳动法。

4. 良好的沟通协作能力，工作效率高。

5. 英语书面熟练，口语可基本沟通。

6. 职业发展通道（如适合）：HR主管——HR经理——HR总监
