工作职责：
1、根据公司战略发展规划，制定并完善各类行政管理制度，细化办公管理体系与行政流程；
2、负责公司固定资产的管理工作，保证固定资产安全、有效使用及合理利用；
3、负责各类行政物资采购工作，严格执行采购流程，有效控制成本，并且具备一定的时效性，建立管理台账；
4、负责日常行政费用支出管理与报销；

5、负责员工宿舍及门店租金维护与管理；
6、建立与各部门的良好沟通协作，即使满足各部门提出的合理行政需求，主动沟通与反馈；
7、负责公司各类会议的筹备与落地执行；
8、钥匙管理、企业证照申请和变更、档案管理、公章等资质管理；
9、完成上级安排的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，认可企业文化，优秀的沟通与表达能力，执行力强，具备团队精神、敬业精神，有责任心，情商高；
2、2年以上大型公司行政岗位工作经验，3年以上同行业工作经验优先；
3、熟悉行政管理工作流程，具备丰富的内外关系处理；

4、善于沟通与协调工作关系，具备解决突发问题的能力，工作细致、严谨，较强的服务意识和工作主动性。

Wellfruit has been holding the corporate values of “honest, altruistic, concentrated & innovative, responsible”. Wellfruit created the “warehousing & chain” business model in China fruit industry. It is welcomed by millions of consumers for its stores are ahead of warehouses, purchasing from the fruit-producing countries/regions and wholesaling from at least 1 boxed product are .

After 5 years, Wellfruit has been a famous warehousing & chain enterprise of new retail model in fruit industry. It has several dozen direct-sale and franchised stores and a nearly 10,000m2 warehousing and sorting centre. The annual output value is nearly 1 billion RMB. Wellfruit is praised as the Chinese fruit COSTCO by international authoritative medium Produce Report.

In 2019, Wellfruit has been aiming at the countrywide market and initiating the second-stage entrepreneurship plan. In the next 2-3 years, Wellfruit will expand to the main cities of East, North, South and South-west China, to achieve the goal of 2,000 new retail stores, and then promote the healthy development of new retail of Chinese fruit industry.
