We are seeking a marketing assistant to join our international team shanghai office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and follow up marketing plan, research, budget and advertising calendar
• Create and maintain company media materials such as brochures, newsletters and press release
• Maintain and update contents of the company website and social media accounts
• Analyze the website traffic and visitors data, as well as wechat and weibo data
• Assist to prepare marketing & media related reports
• Support exhibition, seminar and other events
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Candidate possessing Marketing, E-Commerce, Business related Degree
• Be highly responsible and careful to handle multitasks and meet different deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications as EXCEL, WORD, PPT
• Those who had previous marketing, event, and design internship or experience in the retail industry will be a plus
• Minimum of 2 years working experience, primarily in retail or design marketing; experience of CRM and marketing preferred
• Fluent English both in written and oral
