1、 负责进入公司办公场所的所有人进行接待，来访登记、导引；

2、 负责公司电话总机的接线工作，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力及较强的保密意识；

3、 负责快递的收发、统计登记；

4、 保持前台区域的清洁卫生；负责办公用品和日用品发放、登记、保管；

5、协助人事部简单的文职工作的处理。

任职资格：

1、形象气质佳，普通话标准流利

2、熟悉行政、办公室管理相关工作流程，良好的沟通、协调和组织能力；

3、熟练使用办公自动化设备及办公软件；

4、良好的团队合作能力，具有高度的责任心，工作积极主动。
