JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Maison Ferrand’s brand Marketing Executive in Shanghai, S/he will be responsible for Maison Ferrand related brand plan activations and events from planning to execution in order to efficiently promote the full range of MF product line.
Team work and trans-regional collaboration with the company’s teams in China will be a must so as to best contribute to the company’s overall positioning and results.
S/he will report to the Proof & Company’s Marketing Director, with a dotted line reporting to Maison Ferrand APAC Brand Manager.
The position will entail the following responsibilities:
Brand Event Execution
· Conceptualize, plan, manage & execute local trade marketing plan align with brand objectives and budget
· Execute the brand representatives visit schedule and activities, some travelling required;
· Prepare and circulate event check list, post-event summary and P&L form;
· Coordination between different city representatives for seamless event execution.
· Prepare monthly event marketing report
· On-site interpretation may be required for certain events.
E-Commerce Asset Management
· Ongoing management of Ferrand e-commerce pages
· Maintaining photo and video assets in all online stores
· Ongoing price checking to ensure that no independent Taobao stores are violating pricing standards.
· Communication with TPs to support with visual asset database building.
· Support TPs for key sales promotions
PR & Communications Management
· Maintain local media relationship, and / or work with external agency to achieve maximum PR target
· Social media releases based on brand strategy, and business development in Greater China
· Wholesale communication support
· Brand communications + ROI recaps
· Ongoing communications and reporting back to APAC Brand Manager
· Sales ROI on different brand activations
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 years event or trade marketing experience in wine, F&B industry or lifestyle industry
Outgoing personality, passionate, pro-active and self-motivated
Excellent communication, copywriting and collaboration skills to work between teams and external agencies
Outstanding outreach and public relations capacity and excellent social skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills and ability to solve urgents requests is required
Working knowledge of design programs: AdobeS uite, Microsoft Office Suite
A good personal image and temperament
Excellent written and spoken English & Mandarin. French is preferred, but not required.
