Mission

Maximize customer satisfaction through pre-defined service quality and efficiency. Provide professional service and consultancy to improve product and service business.

Major responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

? Work independently on system inspection, problem solving, system installation, customer training, component maintenance and other service activities

? Maintain customer relationship 

? On time and correctly report service activities with time duration

? System issue follow up and do escalation if necessary

? Maintain system working performance, collect KPI data and report regularly

? Response for warranty claim and quality problem report

? Technical support for customers and sales

? Response for problem solving and root cause analysis report

? Regular walk the production line and provide walk line report

? Follow up and feedback customer complaints

? Other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by manager.

Candidate profile

Education 

? Above college degree in mechanical or electrical engineering;

Experience 

? At least 2 years experiences in aftermarket service of industry product;

Knowledge

？ Mechanical, electronic and electrical knowledge.

Skill

? Strong skill of diagnosing, repairing and troubleshooting.

? MS office and PC skill is a must;

? Good communication skill

Language:

? Good English both in read and written

? Fluency in local dialect(s) is a plus
