·       Be responsible for cost expenditure verification and cost accounting; to prepare costing &expense analysis report on timely and accuracy basis.

·       Coordinate with inventory, purchasing, manufactory departments etc. to perform monthly cost closing to ensure all the booking and adjustment are aligned with GAAP requirements and performed in a timely and accurate manner with solid supporting.

·       Be responsible for monthly cost and expense accumulation &allocation, to ensure the project cost accuracy; prepare the cost variance analysis report to make proper cost control and improvement recommendation.

·       Be responsible for cost budget control, to set up and measure cost related KPIs, to jointly work out action plan with responsible party for consistent improvement; to enhance cost control and efficiency for first class cost management.

·       Participate in the inventory management, including but not limit to stock-taking arrangement, variance investigation and adjustment, turn-over review to improve plant operation efficiency.

·       Verify all payment requests and perform the purchase request, good receipt and invoice verification 3-way matching to ensure the alignment with company policy.

·       Process AP related activities, e.g. payment booking, payment clearing, vendor query, vendor statement reconciliation, etc.

·       Perform accounts reconciliation related payable and costing.

·       Prepare the expense analysis report on monthly basis.

·       Execute continuous improvement on the simplification and standardization of AP/reimbursement processes, costing.

·       Work with GL to prepare all tax filings that send to government to ensure correct tax accounting and filing.

·       Handle with invoice related issues, e.g. Invoice verification, purchase and processing etc.
