1. Helping sourcing team to prepare the initial samples  协助开发组保质保量完成样品

  

• read / understand English tech pack correctly  读懂并理解英文工艺单

• Make sample schedule together with sourcing merchandiser  协助开发跟单人员制定开发样品计划

• Travel to factories/ suppliers for sampling assistance and checking  按照要求去工厂跟踪检验样品

• Pushing factories/ suppliers to finish the samples on schedule  督促负责工厂保质保量完成样品

• Help garment factory understand and abide to our requirements on each project   帮助工厂理解和遵守每个款式的具体要求

          

• Give a summary and correction plan for all the mistakes made before proto sample  总结样品疵点意见并给出改正措施

   

    

1. Products inspection and quality control  产品/样品检验和质量控制

  

• Check samples and hand up comments  检验样品，给出意见

• Provide suppliers with suggestion and support on improvement of workmanship  给工厂提出工艺改进建议和支持

• Get all the related information for every project filed 整理和归档每个订单的相关信息

   

        

1. Following up sample and sample process 生产及生产进度跟进

  

• Hand up weekly sample status and weekly sample plan 提交每周生产进度和每周生产计划

• Solve prompt problems during sample production in garment factory to ensure smooth and efficient process 解决工厂在生产中的突发问题，以保证生产能顺利有效进行

   

      

Qualification: 职位要求

  

1. Over 3 years QC working experience in the area of outdoor wear with AND without seam taping 3年以上户外运动服装(压胶类和非压胶类)领域的QC工作经验

2. Familiar with production process, workmanship, fabrics (functional and un-functional) and packing in the area of outdoor wear 熟悉户外运动服装的产品流程，工艺，面料（功能性和非功能性）以及包装

3. Good communication skills and team work spirit 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作意识

4. Can understand related working materials in English and write reports in English 能看懂相关英文资料和撰写英文报告

5. Is ready for frequent business trip between factories. 愿意频繁去各工厂出差。
