Location – Shanghai, China

This role is pivotal in helping Triumph maximise sales and marketing activities at both a national and dealer level for Clothing, Accessories and Parts.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager and working as a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all dealers are sufficiently stocked with all relevant Triumph clothing and accessories, and that they have sufficient skills and knowledge of Triumph products. You will also contribute to central product development, providing market information and product feedback on quality, diversity and price.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research and analyse market information to help Triumph understand aftersales market in motorcycle industry on parts (P), clothing’s (C) and accessories (A) business in China market, forecasts to better place Triumph in the wholesale and retail market in terms of quality, diversity and price. (Clothing preferred)

PCA wholesale management.

  • Be able to manage PCA wholesale from dealer level to UK headquarter and understand wholesale ordering and forward order operation.

  • Manage dealer stocking levels, implementing standards, terms and conditions, and ordering processes.

  • Understand the process and able to support on: PCA importation / logistic and custom clearance.

PCA retail management

  • Support retail sales at both market and dealer level through product marketing and retail operation

  • Build on activities to create more ways for customers to get closer to the brand and to experience the range of products, clothing and accessories to attract, win and retain customers.

  • Develop plans for dealers to update on a regular basis to improve clothing and accessories retail capacity including new product launch events, end of season sales etc

  • Be able to design and apply dealer visual merchandise for PCA sales

  • Well understand of Triumph PCA products knowledge to develop and implement trainings to support dealer staff on retail skill and are equipped to up-sell.

  • Be able to do data analysis and find out solution to boost retail sales and organise PCA workshop, dealer marketing communication initiatives, facilitating product reviews.

  • Work in collaboration with key stakeholders to develop and monitor subsidiary parts clothing and accessories budget, ensure all appropriate subsidiary staff have the requisite knowledge of Triumph products

  • Regularly share sales forecasts, product launches and commercial calendars to include in the marketing communications plans and assist in the development and distribution of global marketing communication initiatives on aftersales area.

Qualifications / Professional Status Essential / Desirable

1. Degree qualified in retail merchandise or equivalent experience. E

16. Experience of budgeting and basic financial management i.e. input into management accounts, creating and updating sales forecasts. E

17. Experience of stock management techniques and order processes. E

18. Proven experience of achieving results in a team environment and managing customer expectations appropriately. E
