• Experience / Education: 经验/学历

• College degree or above, major in Mechanical or with experience of hydraulic is preferred大专以上学历，机械专业或有液压工作经验者优先

• Minimum 2 years experience as quality inspector in mechanical manufactory, hydraulic industry experience is preferred 2年以上机械制造厂质检经验，有液压行业工作经验者优先

• Skills: 技能

• Very good willing in working quality area在质量工作方面有很好的发展

• Capability to understand inspection drawings or specification能够理解检验图纸或规范

• Good proficiency in using measurement tools熟练使用测量工具

• Know ISO 9001 and quality inspection system了解ISO 9001和质量检验体系

• Able to write and read in English能用英语写作和阅读

• PC skills电脑技能

• Good team work spirit良好的团队合作精神

  II Job Description职位描述

  The main responsibilities and duties of the Employee shall include but are not limited to: 主要职责包括但不限于

• Production quality control work生产质量控制工作

• Processing quality inspection during internal project prefabrication & write inspection report内部工程预制过程中的加工质量检验并写出检验报告

• Control finished goods quality控制成品质量

• Testing & flushing witness & use testing equipment and create data records or report preparation测试和冲洗见证和使用测试设备，建立数据记录或报告编制

• Supplier quality control供应商质量控制

• Raw material quality control原材料质量控制

• Measure and test incoming local materials, collect test data and establish inspection report对当地来料进行测量和试验，收集试验数据，建立检验报告

• Report the non-conformity to quality manager向质量经理报告不符合项

• Assist to process supplier non-conformity协助处理供应商不合格品

• Customer quality control客户质量控制

• Assist to process the customer claims协助处理客户索赔

• Additional tasks附加任务

• Report in time for any quality problems found for problem analysis发现质量问题及时报告，进行问题分析

• Main user of the inspection equipment, responsibility for outside calibration and daily maintenance of the inspection equipment检验设备的主要使用者，负责检验设备的外部校准和日常维护

• Provide assistance when needed in Quality Dept. 在质量部需要时提供协助
