相应行业工作经验 Working Experience:

1. 3年注塑企业工作经验 3 years working experience of moulding enterprise.

2. 有QA工作经验优先考虑 QA working experience will have the priority.

3. 熟悉英语的优先 Good command of English will have the priority.

4. 懂得公司零件的英文名称、货号 Know about Parts name and Parts number of company’s.

   技能和专业要求 Skill & Specialty requirement：

1. 熟悉各种塑料粒子特性及注塑工艺 ; 具有行车证者优先考虑。 Be familiar with characteristic of different kinds of plastic particles and moulding technics. With driving certificate is preferred.

2. 有一定沟通技能及管理技能 Have a decent communication ability and management skills.

3. 熟悉ISO14001标准要求，具有较强的环境意识和责任心

   Well know of ISO 14001 requirements and possess strong environmental consciousness and sense of responsibility.

4. 熟悉ISO13485和GMP标准要求。

   Well know of ISO 13485 and GMP requirements.

   工作职责权限 Job Responsibility & Authority:

1. 照车间下达的各种指令必须定时完成 Have to complete in time according to different instructions given by the plant.

2. 好各班次的试模，及时反馈试模信息交给主管（1.正确填写模单上的各项信息；2.复印三份试模单） Arrange try molding of each shift, feedback try molding information to the director in time. (1. Correctly fill out each information on the molding test sheet; 2. Copy 3th trial mould sheets.)

3. 协助主管把车间的生产量定时完成 Assist the director with timing completion of plant’s output.

4. 巡查本班次的生产进度，跟踪相关的生产信息（上班次转交的生产情况） Check the progress rate of this shift, and follow relevant producing information (producing situations delivered by last shift).

5. 及时纠正操作员的不良生产习惯。合理安排操作工的工作。 Correct operator’s bad producing habits in time, and arrange operator’s work reasonably.

6. 控制辅助材料的使用情况，原料的使用率、产品的合格率、废品的产生率。 Control using situation of assistant material, using rate of raw material, products passing rate, waster producing rate.

7. Complete relevant work files strictly according to the GMP requirement

   严格按照医疗器械的GMP标准要求处理相关工作文件。

8. 生产车间现场GMP管理和员工培训；

   Online operators train and the GMP management.
