RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

? Open and close job notes and controls billing

? Prepare status report and contact reports

? Manage filing of documents and other work-in-process materials

? Prepare and maintains record of competitors report

? Prepare and follows through on quotations

? Prepare schedule and ensures the delivery is in time

? Follow up on all delegations from line manager

? Implement simple brief independently and generate presentation deck under guidance of leader

                                              

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree, Major in Marketing, advertising, business administration is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint are must have)
• 1-2 years of account service experience is preferred
• Responsible, organized, detail oriented
• Willing to work hard with irregular hours
• Good command of English
• good communication skills
