Responsibilities:

1. Handle supplier caused CCAR (Usually for NC happened at customer site) & NCR (usually for NC happened at IQC or MFG site), including disposal of materials and follow-up of corrective actions; 
2. Conduct supplier quality training program, ensure supplier and AMEC on the same page on product quality. 
3. Conduct periodic supplier audit, generate audit report and address audit findings, follow up the corrective actions to drive supplier continues improvement; 
4. Support AMEC Engineering and supplier chain team on new production development when requires. Include coordinate technical meeting between AMEC engineering team and supplier; coordinate various suppliers to solve quality issue if a product is completed by different suppliers; 
5. Support AMEC Supply Chain to coordinate supplier capacity allocation to ensure enough capacity for AMEC products; 
6. Work closely with incoming inspection team, support IQC team to generate Inspection Work Instruction for AMEC specified critical parts when requires; Incoming inspection if necessary.
7. Drive supplier have mature process control plan (***), process router (or process traveler), or other process control related documents, ensure AMEC product quality could be controlled with fixed process documents; Handle MDR if necessary. 
8. Follow up First Article Inspection process, ensure the process could be thoroughly implemented;
9. Other works assigned by (Sr.) Supplier Quality Manager.

Requirements:

1. Demonstrated knowledge of key Electrical/Electronic parts. Such as
2. PCB/PCBA, Cable, Power supply, inverter, heater, low voltage components/ cabinet, AC/ High power components /equipment and etc.
3. Understanding and interpretation of EE drawings and related electrical standards, including IEC,GB etc. ;
4. Familiar with electrical safety code and electrical reliability standard, including IEC,GB etc.
5. Good capability of using common Mechanical/electrical measurement tools.
6. Problem-solving skills and result-oriented ;
7. Familiar with quality tools and ISO standard.
8. Ability to present data effectively, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
9. Good communication skills.
