1. 根据战略目标搜集市场信息，分析和开拓全新业务；
2. 整合公司资源，结合航线特点，采取有效的措施来增强现有服务产品并简化现有流程；
3. 根据客户要求制定和提供物流解决方案，并负责公司项目客户维护与深耕，不断提升客户的满意度；
4. 与海外及各业务部门沟通协作，对业务运作中异常问题进行讨论并作出适合的解决方案；
5. 协调并参与跨部门之间以及跨公司之间的沟通谈判与维护支持，并定期对于项目的KPI评估分析作出有效的可行性建议；
6. 了解和掌握仓库、项目现场的实际操作，并监督流程的规范性，保证整个项目运作的稳定性与可靠性。
   

  

任职要求：

1. 全日制本科或以上学历。
2. 具有空运代理/物流/运输或外贸行业的扎实知识，具有2-3年物流咨询、方案解决和项目开发实施的工作经验者优先；
3. 熟练的Microsoft Office技能；
4. 良好的英语听说读写能力；
5. 良好的沟通和人际交往能力；
6. 善于思考，创新。积极热情，有奉献精神；
7. 能接受必要的国内外出差。
