岗位职责：

1.协助配合主案设计师做好深化设计工作，完成全套施工图的绘制；
2.充分了解整体方案设计并转换成施工图的各项细节图纸；
3.参与项目施工现场的配合与交涉；
4.负责工程项目的施工现场变更及竣工图的制作；
5.必要时需跟踪施工现场进行图纸整改及解决施工难点。
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assisted the main project designer in deepening the design, and completed the drawing of a full set of construction drawings;

2. Fully understood the overall scheme design and converted into detailed drawings of construction drawings;

3. Participate in the cooperation and negotiation of the project construction site;

4. Responsible for the change of the construction site of the project and the production of as-built drawings;

5. If necessary, follow up the construction site for drawing rectification and solve construction difficulties.
职位要求：

1.相关专业本科以上学历（建筑、室内）；
2.4年以上设计公司，建筑装饰施工图制作经验；
3.熟练掌握Sketchup、CAD、3DMax、VR、PS，特别有较强的建模能力；
4.掌握施工图绘制规范和要求；
5.熟悉工程制图设计标准和各项要求，对国家相关行业规范有一定了解；
6.熟悉各种细节处理、节点、收口做法非常熟练，独立完成整套施工图，有丰富的施工经验，了解材料及设计概算方面的知识；
7.具有良好的理解和沟通能力，有较强的的组织协调团队协作及解决问题的能力；
8.工作积极主动，高热情，高效率，态度严谨；
9.勤奋踏实，有良好的职业道德，有较强的责任心和敬业精神，严谨稳健，能够承受较大的工作压力。

REQUIREMENT:
1. Bachelor degree or above in related major (architecture, interior);

At least 2.4 years experience in design company and construction drawing of architectural decoration;

3. Proficient in Sketchup, CAD, 3DMax, VR and PS, especially good at modeling;

4. Master the specifications and requirements of construction drawing;

5. Familiar with engineering drawing design standards and requirements, have a certain understanding of relevant national industry standards;

6. Be familiar with all kinds of details processing, node and closing; independently complete a complete set of construction drawings; have rich construction experience; know about materials and design budget;

7. Good understanding and communication skills, strong ability to organize and coordinate team work and solve problems;

8. Proactive, enthusiastic, efficient, rigorous attitude;

9. Diligent and practical, with good professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, rigorous and steady, able to withstand greater work pressure.
