Main responsibilities:

    

主要职责：

1. Daily operation and team management experience of e-commerce platforms such as jd.com, tmall.com and taobao.com有京东 、天猫、淘宝等电子商务平台的日常运营与团队管理经验

2. Analyze and feedback according to the  plan, track, evaluate and improve the effect根据制定的计划分析执行并反馈，对效果进行跟踪、评估和改进;

3.    Guide the design of storefront指导进行店面设计工作

    

4.    Be responsible for the overall operation of the store, manage and lead the team and play a leading role in distribution;负责店铺的整体运营工作，管理带领团队并起到主导分配作用;

    

5.    Responsible for team building, management and training of department personnel负责团队建设、部门人员的管理与培训;

    

6.    Improve the platform operation management, steadily improve the sales performance and enhance the brand awareness of the company.完善平台运营管理，稳步提高销售业绩，提升公司品牌知名度。

    

7.    Be responsible for the daily maintenance, product update and independent operation of the store display, so as to enhance the attraction of the store and product sales店铺日常维护、产品更新、能独立操作店铺陈列，以增强店铺吸引力、产品销量;

8.  Summarize and analyze the operation of last month's stores, formulate the optimization plan of the next month月店铺的运营情况进行总结分析，制定次月的优化方案

9.  Focus on competitors' new products and best-selling products, and quickly report new products and sales volume to the superior对手新品、畅销品的关注，并迅速向上级反应新品及销量

10. Plan marketing activities according to festivals, themes, etc按节日、主题等策划营销活动

                                

    

Qualifications：

    

任职资格：

• College degree or above, major in e-commerce is preferred，a profile picture is required in English resume .

        

大专及以上学历，电子商务类相关专业优先，英文版简历上需要含个人照片

• More than 2 years operation management experience;

        

有2年以上运营管理工作经验者;

• Good communication and team coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility and learning ability

        

良好的沟通能力及团队协调能力，富有责任心、学习能力强。

• Strong data analysis ability, good marketing strategy and ability

        

较强的数据分析能力, 具有良好的市场销售策略和能力;

• Love e-commerce, be able to lead the team to achieve challenging goals, have strong execution and hard work spirit

        

热爱电子商务，能带领团队完成挑战性目标，有较强的执行力和吃苦耐劳精神。

• Experience in using Photoshop or other related softwares

        

有使用Photoshop或其他相关软件的经验
