职位描述
Essential requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above;
- At least years 5 years working experience in customer service managment or commerical management in MNC;
- Knowledge of relevant customer/market specific quality standards (e.g. ISO TS 16949, IRIS, EN9100, TL9000) ;
- Fluency in English (Written and oral);
- Good communication or coordination skills;
- Good command of MS office;
- Quick to understand customer’s applications;
- Strong target orientation;
- Self motivator.
Main Tasks:
- Provide leadership and management according to the H+S principles;
- Ensure we have enough and balance resource to meet business needs;
- As process owner for some GMS policies, be responsible to implement and change, make sure the process are distributed and followed ;
- Assure the quality of CRM data to make it usable for S&OP meeting;
- Ensure that all quotations are organized, maintained and coordinated ;
- Participate in any annual contract negotiation with pre-defined role;
- Bidding management according to defined GMS process;
- Define and implement the KPI measurement to reflect the efficiency and effectiveness;
- Recruit, coach and organize any people development program;
- Maintain a relevant quote follow up system. Track & report findings monthly;
- As customer service team leader, continuously find and improve the customer service process policy and practice, and put those into discipline;
- Ensure that all business applicable agreements are verified before signing, filed, highlighted, executed after signing;
- Provide the proper documents on time to Support payment collection from 3rd party customers;
- Sales order and forecast order risk assessment;
- Pricing control: ensure the process compliance;
- Provide forecast to Operation;
- Constantly liaise with finance regarding Credit application and blocked accounts, in order to ensure maximum sales with minimum risk;
