岗位要求：

1.熟练使用各类设计软件 如Photoshop、Sketch、AI、如有其他图形或交互软件或是AE使用经验者更加分。

2.坚信自己有着超越普通的人的欣赏能力和品位。

3.态度认真、积极思考、善于学习、对互联网有强烈兴趣以及独到见解，有一定的品牌运营意识优先。

4.善于沟通表达，问题意见能听取，思考过后有反馈，有良好的理解能力。

5.好奇心大，洞察力出色，网感好，关注营销热点、熟悉潮流新锐事物，并且喜欢钻研；

6.设计能力出色，有非常好的视觉把握能力，且手绘能力优秀；

工作职责：

1.根据需求，提交有效的平面设计，协助提供文章/公众号/活动等物料设计

2.参与到营销项目，品牌相关的视觉创意、数字媒体创意设计

3.参与到运营，社交媒体视觉、品牌视觉迭代
