Position：After-Sales Manager

  

Report to: Head of Operations

  

Job description：

  

1. Responsible for after-sales service and development of customer relations
2. Responsible for the communication and coordination with German headquarters, and feedback the customer's product demand and price
3. Responsible for information communication between customers and internal related departments, such as new machine sales, project management, financial payment, etc
4. To be responsible for the development and upgrading of customer products
5. Responsible for the sales and quotation of spare parts for customers
6. Responsible for annual after-sales service target
7. Responsible for arrangement of other activities related to the business

  

Requirements：

  

• 7 years of work experience

• Have Propriety communication skill and manner with customer as well as internal staff

• Fluent in Chinese and English, possibly in German

• Good team-work spirit, Proactive, Reliable, and Loyal

• Experience in execution, and/or coordination, and/or management of projects

• Ideally with technical background and experience in photovoltaics

• Capable of frequent business travel (mostly within China)
