职位： Field Project Manager (Key Account)  现场项目经理(大客户)       

  

岗位职责描述：Job description

  

• Project management of customer projects from contract signature to end of warranty

  

• This mainly includes the following aspects“”

  

• Ensuring the realization of the contract in time, budget and quality

• on site, “hands-on” project management and customer interfacing

• Project planning and tracking, including cost controlling and diligent reporting

• internal communication and management of allocated manpower resources on site, including subcontractors, as required by project development

• diligent feed backing of project development, proactive solution proposal and communication with local team, local service management and headquarter departments

• Involvement and coordination of the necessary internal technical resources to solve problems

• Continuous customer support (if necessary also on site)

• Main contact person for delivery and assembly safety

• Cost control and commissioning Quality

• Project debriefings and review (lessons learned)

• Further development of the team's customer orientation

• professional contact person for major customers for technological clarification, preparation of implementation, start-up difficulties and customer complaints

• Interface for clarifying all questions in the area of responsibility

• Close coordination with the "Key Account Manager" in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction

• Ensure prompt reaction and clarification of technical customer inquiries in cooperation with the "Key Account Manager

• Supporting the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of offers and enabling the technologically correct placing of orders

• Support with the correctness and completeness of customer data

• View and sell further business opportunities and coordinate the procedure with the key account manager:

Requirements：

  

• 15 years of work experience

• Experience with manpower related management and quality systems such as EHS, 5S

• Have Propriate communication skill and manner with customer as well as internal staff

• Fluent in Chinese and English, possibly in German

• Good team-work spirit, Proactive, Reliable, and Loyal

• Experience in execution, and/or coordination, and/or management of projects

• Ideally with technical background and experience in photovoltaics, photoelectronics, semiconductor.

• Capable of frequent business travel (mostly within China)
