岗位名称：活性分析助理研究员

汇报对象：分析部门经理

岗位职责：

1. 负责生物活性方法（包括ELISA、cell-based assay等）、生物残留和安全性分析检测（包括残留HCP、残留DNA、残留Protein A）等分析方法的开发、优化、验证与转移；

2. 撰写并修订相关文件，以支持项目进度；

3. 分析和解决实验中遇到异常问题，及时整理分析数据，以支持项目进度；

4. 负责新技术/仪器的评估和应用；

5. 能够主动承担多种职责。

任职要求：

1. 细胞生物学、分子生物学、生物化学、药学、免疫学、生物技术、基础医学等相关专业本科及以上学历。

2. 有熟悉表达载体的优化构建、转染，Western、ELISA、Cell-based Assay、细胞增殖抑制、凋亡、吞噬、ADCC、CDC、酶活性、流式细胞仪等经验者优先；

3. 能独立完成实验操作，数据记录和结果处理，并出具分析报告；

4. 具备良好的实验习惯，按时完成实验室日常工作，及实验室的日常维护工作；

5. 具有良好的逻辑思维；

6. 熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT、PDF等办公软件；

7. 具备良好的敬业精神，团队合作精神和沟通协调能力。

Job Title: Associate Scientist

Job description：

1. Responsible for bioassay(ELISA、Cell-based assay, etc.) and residual analysis(host cell protein and DNA residual and leached protein A, etc.) method development and optimization, method validation, methods transfer.

2. Write and revise related documents to support project progress；

3. Independently finish the experiment operation, record and analyze the results of data processing, and fulfill the analysis report.

4. Responsible for assessment and application of innovative technology and instrument.

5. Take on multiple task.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, immunology, biotechnology, basic medicine, etc.

2. Familiar with plasmid construction and transfection, western, ELISA, cell proliferation inhibition, apoptosis, phagocytosis, ADCC, CDC, enzyme activity, flow cytometry, etc.

3. Independently complete the experimental operation, data recording and result processing, and issue an analysis report；

4. Have good experimental habits, complete the daily work of the laboratory on time, and routine maintenance work in the laboratory；

5. Logical thinking.

6. Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, PDF, etc.

7. Have good professionalism, teamwork spirit and communication and coordination skills.
