主要工作内容和职责：

根据操作流程处理客户货物

确保每天完成客户所有的订单，及时回应客户对货物的询问

确保系统和文件的准确性

与项目的其他成员紧密配合，满足客户的其他需求，解决日常操作问题

必要时应跟踪货物的订单情况，与客户进行及时沟通

准备月度报表给客户

接受和处理来自客户或工厂的特殊需求或指示

协调并安排国内运输的收发货，与仓库主管进行沟通

了解并掌握了操作成本,为客户提供任何额外操作需求的正确报价,并提供结算文件给财务部

完成主管指派的其他工作

任职要求（教育背景、工作经验、相关知识和技能）：

物流或相关专业毕业

2年以上在空运/海运/物流工作经验

能在客户有期限要求的环境下高效工作

熟练的英语口语和书面能力

熟练操作Word、Excel
