Responsible for continuous improvement of supplier's product quality through professional quality management, help supplier to improve and meet customer's quality requirements.

1，Conduct the qualification review/audit of new and existing suppliers, the supplier's sample acceptance abd follow up the non-conformance found in the audit, and verify the rectification effect.

2，Implement quality inspection standard, participate in field inspection and measurement of various products.

3，Generate trip reports when supplier site visits are made to communicate all necessary follow-up actions needed.

4，Responsible for the whole process of APQP quality development plan and monitoring of new products.

5，Ensure that the company's products and services meet the quality requirements of customers, including the establishment and achievement of quality objectives, the formulation and implementation of corrective and preventive measures, and the CIP plan.

6，Work with suppliers to improve supply chain efficiency and sustainability.

7，Build objectives and help guide suppliers to implement controls for verifying product compliance.

8，Handle customer complaints and follow up.

9，Assist supplier in overall improvement, control production process and promote process improvement through whole supervision, reduce process quality loss and improve shipment quality.

10，Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

通过专业的质量管理方法，负责推动供应商产品质量的持续改善，帮助供应商提高和满足客户的质量要求。

1，组织对新供应商准入的资质评审，及供方首样验收工作。针对在审核中发现的不符合项进行跟进，并验证整改效果。

2，执行质量检验标准，参与各类产品的现场检验和测量工作。

3，现场拜访供应商，沟通所有的后续改善行动并生成出差报告。

4，负责新产品的APQP质量开发计划及监控的全过程。

5，确保公司的产品和服务符合顾客的质量要求，包括组织质量目标的设立和达成，纠正和预防措施的制定及贯彻，质量的持续改进；

6，与供应商合作，提高供应链的效率和可持续性。

7，建立目标并指导供应商实施产品控制以验证产品符合规定。

8，处理客户投诉并跟进解决。

9，帮助供应商的全面提升，通过全过程监督控制生产过程和推进工艺改进，降低过程质量损失，提高出货质量。

10，完成上级领导安排的其他任务。

Qualifications：

1，Bachelor degree or above; Major in automobile or related;

2，More than 10 years working experience in auto parts industry and 5 years working experience in SQE(Supplier Quality Engineer).

3，Working experience of engine parts is preferred.

4，Familiar with ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality system, and have independent experience in quality system, process and product audit.

5，Have relevant knowledge of quality management (such as five major tools, seven QC techniques and etc.,) can use various quality management tools to analyze and solve problems.

6，Familiar with the inspection standard of purchased products.

7，Familiar with identifying and reading the design drawings of all parts on the vehicle, and understanding the design specifications of each part.

8，Excellent organization and coordination ability, good project management skills, communication skills and problem-solving ability.

9，Be familiar with GD&T and assembly drawings, familiar with the use of various measuring tools and inspection tools.

Proficient in English and good at writing English reports.

10，Familiar with office software, good command of AutoCAD is preferred.

11，Good moral character.

12，Self-driven and detail-oriented, diligent, smart and responsible.

13，Be able to travel frequently both domestic and international.

本科以上学历；汽车相关行业专业。

1，10年以上汽车零配件行业的工作经验，5年以上供应商质量工程师工作经验。

2，涉及发动机零配件工作经验优先考虑

3，熟悉ISO9001，IATF16949质量体系，有独立开展质量体系、过程和产品审核经验。

4，具备质量管理相关知识（如5大工具，QC七大手法等）；能运用各种质量管理工具分析并解决问题。

5，熟悉外购产品检验标准。

6，熟悉识别及读取整车上各零部件设计图纸，了解各零件设计规范。

7，具有优秀的组织协调能力，良好的项目管理技巧，沟通技能及解决问题能力。

8，深悉机加图纸（GD&T ）及装配图纸, 熟悉各种量具及检具的使用。

9，英语听说读写熟练且擅长撰写英文的书面报告。

10，熟悉办公室软件，会使用AutoCAD尤佳。

11，优秀的道德品行。

12，自我驱动和追求细节，勤勉，灵巧，责任心强。

13，能适应较频繁的国内和国外出差。
