Project Manager

Participate or support the formulation and execution of relevant policies and mechanisms in relation to the project management.
Provide expertise support for the process of the DC project, including area layout, design and optimization of the process, operation plan, monitoring and control, and so on.
Conduct research on customer demand and market situation; propose improvement plan & road-map on allocation of resources and elevation of competitiveness in response to change of market and customer requirement.
Develop policies and procedures to support operations excellence; facilitate the development of policies and procedures to enhance operations services; develop and monitor a strategic plan for the task group team.
Develop and explore project business, participate in and organize negotiation and communications.
Develop and prepare needed customer surveys and information gathering tools; coordinate survey instruments; report survey results
